Thyroid care

Thyroid is an organ located in front of the neck. Usually many people don't recognize its importance in the body until someday it cause body dysfunction in basic metabolism. The most common symptoms associated thyroid dysfunction is fatigue, shortness of breath, diarrhea and palpitation. It is related to high activity of your thyroid. later sometime high activity of thyroid will change low activity of thyroid due to treatment or some other causes.  Low activity of the thyroid usually cause fatigue, weight gain and constipation. As time go on, weight gain constipation can cause many other organ dysfunction such as heart, joint and bone. In general, about 80% of population  of people  will experience  thyroid problems to some extent.
